With a comprehensive assessment of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, dedicated Wellness Concierges provide guidance tailored to your individual needs and adjusted to your day-to-day progress.
The program encourages meaningful change at a comfortable pace throughout your four-day journey, laying the foundation for lasting wellbeing.
A Program Just for You
The Personal Mibyo Program is built around restoration, renewal, and reinforcement. Your program is tailored to your condition and goals, based on one of three approaches: RELAX, RESET, or REBUILD. Your personal Wellness Concierge works with our on-site clinic to support your wellbeing during your stay.

RELAX

The RELAX path is designed to ease the stress of modern life. Through restorative sleep and mindfulness practices, your mind and body are guided toward equilibrium, creating a foundation for deeper change.
RESET

The RESET path is one of internal renewal, with integrated wellness experiences to support circulation and metabolism through food, movement, and therapeutic bathing.
REBUILD

The REBUILD path focuses on improving and strengthening physical performance. Tailored training and nutritional guidance helps you build strength and improve metabolism to last beyond your stay.

Guided by experts and designed around your individual condition and goals, custom physical training sessions help improve mobility and support overall physical wellbeing.
Thalassotherapy
Thalassotherapy draws on the mineral-rich seawater of Awaji to warm the body, support circulation, and ease muscular tension. Gentle aquatic therapies create a profound sense of lightness, allowing both body and mind to unwind.
Mindfulness
Surrounded by the serenity of nature, guests are invited to experience meditation, Zen practices, and sound therapy to soothe the senses and encourage deep relaxation.

Pre-arrival
Reservation
Upon confirming your reservation, we coordinate with our partner clinic to begin preparing your program. A Mibyo Facilitator sends you a wellness form which can be completed online.
Wellness Clinic
Based on the completed form, our partner clinic conducts a preliminary assessment which provides the basis for your personal Mibyo Program.
Program Design
Your Mibyo Facilitator and Wellness Concierge create a program tailored to you. A detailed itinerary will be presented upon your arrival at the retreat.
Medical assessments and support are provided by our partner clinic.
DAY 1
Understand Your Body
We begin with a detailed consultation with a Mibyo Facilitator. Together, you will gain a deeper understanding of your physical and mental state, establish personalized goals for your stay, and set off on a wellness journey.
Check-in / Counseling
Seasonal tea welcomes your arrival as wellness assessments and consultations provide insight into your current state.
Wellness Dinner
Enjoy cuisine based on ancient Japanese food traditions like fermentation and Shojin (Buddhist plant-based) cuisine.
Hot Springs
Prepare your body and mind for restorative sleep with a hot spring bath in your room.

Align Body & Mind
As your journey unfolds, your Wellness Concierge remains close at hand. Each experience is adapted to your condition, comfort, and evolving needs, allowing progress to emerge at your own pace.
